TTDI is a well-established, upscale residential neighbourhood in the border of Kuala Lumpur / Petaling Jaya known for its leafy streets, low-density housing, and strong community vibe. It’s popular with families, professionals, and long-time residents.
This project is a full-unit interior design focusing on a cohesive modern contemporary concept throughout the entire home. The design emphasizes spatial continuity, functional planning, and a balanced material palette to create a comfortable yet refined living environment.
The layout is carefully planned to enhance natural light and ventilation, with an open-plan living and dining area that improves flow and visual spaciousness. Custom-built carpentry is incorporated across key areas including the living room, dining space, kitchen, bedrooms, and storage areas to ensure both functionality and design consistency.
A neutral color palette of warm beige, soft grey, and natural wood tones is paired with stone textures and subtle metallic accents, resulting in a timeless and elegant aesthetic. Layered lighting—comprising ambient, task, and feature lighting—is used throughout the unit to enhance depth and atmosphere while supporting daily living needs.
