GM Plus Studio & Partners also has vast experience in Bungalow Design and Build. We engage our Architect (Ar) to design your dream home, and we help civil servants to process the application of LPPSA loan to build the ideal bungalow at kampong or town.

We work closely with the Architect, from Designing Stage to Drawing Plan and Submission, rest assured, our consultant (and runner) will get the approval from the DBKL, Bandaraya or Majlis Perbandaran before getting contractors to build your bungalow.

Building an ideal bungalow is never an easy task, therefore, we need several consultations and meetings with the owner and family, to get our Architect to study your needs and preference, and to design your home as per your requirements.

Moving forward, to ensure the safety of the structure functionality and M&E works of the entire building of the bungalow to be properly conducted, we will need both C&S Engineer and M&E Engineer to certify each design drawing.

For each bungalow project, from conceptual design to submission of building plan, to construction period, it will usually take 9 months to 18 months to complete, subject to its complexity of design requirements and the permission of obtaining approval from the local council & authority.

More importantly, after the completion of the bungalow, we provide building guarantee period, defects liability period (DLP) to the house owner.

When you subscribe to our Design & Build services, rest assured that we handle everything up to the final key handover. Your home will be delivered fully in move-in ready condition, complete with post-renovation cleaning and formaldehyde removal treatment (装修后 – 除甲醛) for a safer living environment.

Once project or renovation works are completed, our Project Team will conduct a thorough quality inspection, verify workmanship, and ensure the entire house is cleaned and prepared before handing it over to the owner. We also provide a Building Guarantee and a Defects Liability Period (DLP) for additional assurance.

During the handover session, we will present the house keys and walk through every area of the home with you. Should any defects be discovered during the inspection—or even later, as long as it falls within the DLP—we will repair and rectify them promptly for your peace of mind.
